Message: My prayers and condolences go out to his family. What a great loss for all who knew Rick. He was a kind and gentle soul with an infectious smile and laugh. A couple of weeks ago I was in a late night meeting and Rick was sitting across the table from me. His encouraging and smiling face was comforting and helped me to relax before presenting. I've heard others say similar things about Rick. He will be greatly missed here at Nissan, but I know he is looking down at us and is still smiling.
