Condolences

Condolence From: John Sonnenfeld
Condolence: Dear Andrew, Michael, and family... I am so very very sorry to learn about your loss of Eva.

My family and I understand and share in your grief, having lost my beloved wife to cancer just under a short, painful 3 years ago.

Fortunately, death is only a temporary part of life. Jesus promised us a wonderful resurrection of the dead (John 5:28,29/1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14), so we have the hope of being reunited with our deceased loved ones. In the meantime, even though the pain of loss through death may sometimes seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure the coming months (Psalm 46:1).

Please accept my deepest sympathy and sincere condolences and please do feel free to contact me.

Condolence From: Christina Scott
Condolence: My deepest condolences Andrew and Michael. Your family has endured so many highs and lows over the past few years and Eva shared with all of us what it took to fight for what you believe in- from adopting Michael to keeping herself physically and mentally here as cancer wreaked havoc on her body. Although, we can not be at the service Friday - we will do as Eva requested last week as she was still offering coffee and singing a tune. 🌼 As the warmer weather stays consistent, we will stop by and plant flowers in her memory and spirit for life. 🌼 Rest. Love. Peace. πŸŒΌπŸ’ The Scott Family

Condolence: Andrew and Michael, we are so very sorry for your loss. Eva was a beautiful person on the inside and out. Such a strong lady. She amazed me everyday with her strength and will to live. We feel very fortunate to have met you and we're able to spend time with all of you. My boys were very fond of her. She was always so kind and giving. I will miss my beautiful friend. I will never forget her. Luke had a special bond with her and I am so blessed she was a part of his life. We love you both. We are here for you always. Love Marla, Steve, Andrew and Luke.

Condolence From: Laurie Druziak
Condolence: I made the connection with Eva on Facebook through my childhood friend, Elizabeth Huxley. I have witnessed her fight this cancer for a very long time, and was always amazed with the spirit in which she stood tall facing her battle. Cancer didn't defeat her, she proved that , by leaving a legacy that few of us have ever witnessed in our lifetime. Eva was loved by so many people, even by those that never met her in person. I am so sorry for your loss Andrew, and also to Michael, who she obviously adored . Eva left this world a better place, that's really all any of us can hope for. Prayers for all of you.

Condolence From: Michael G. Batcho
Condolence: i only met Eva on-line via Facebook . . but in the time i got to know her it became clear that she was one of the strongest most valiant women as she dealt with, and battled cancer . . . Eva didn't lose that battle. cancer may have taken her physical health but her spirit was far stronger than any cancer. she never gave the cancer any quarter . . not even to the very end of her fight.but God said she had enough of that war and called her home where she now lives with God and the angels and the saints. i know she will always be there for her husband Andrew and her son Michael and for her mom . . in ways mysterious perhaps but no less real than before. may her prayers in heaven bring comfort and peace to her family here still below . .their lives will continue but not with Eva, not without her memory always in their hearts and thoughts, and they surely are in hers still.
