There are so many fond memories I have of Lisa. I always admired her. Thank you, Lisa, for playing the organ with me and telling me fun stories! Your smile always warmed my heart.
Lisa is a very loving person who always had a kind word for everyone. She had a wonderful Smile that made everyone feel warm and jolly. The family is in our prayers.
I only met her once and she was a delight! So joyful and bubbly. She was a person I wish I could have gotten to know. Heartfelt sorrow for the families loss.
To Thom & family - there are no words that can ease your pain at this time. Just know that Beverley and I are praying for you. May the God of all comfort carry you through this difficult journey.
Lisa was a dear friend that I was blessed to share some extra special times with praying, laughing and making music. The moments I will remember and miss the most are the many afternoons sitting together eating popcorn (with butter, cheese and hot sauce) and drinking iced tea while discussing our kids. They always ended praying and trusting our Lord to help us be good moms. She loved her family and her Lord, Jesus. Lisa will be greatly missed.
Lisa and her family, (Thom, Ian and Lindsay) had been a integral part of The Sanctuary Church and it's worship team. Lisa played the piano. Her wonderful talent as a piano player was par none. Even more superb was her sensitivity to the move of the Holy Spirit as she played... it really was special. Thank you Lisa for the blessing of your willing heart as you showed us the love of God through your worship. Rest in His arms.
Lisa liked music....... This is a chorus to a song Lisa sang many times:
"and I will rise when He calls my name, no more sorrow, no more pain, I will rise on eagles' wings, before my God fall on my knees and rise, I will rise".
