Walt was a Court Officer for the Williamson county Circuit Court for many years. He served with my Father Elmer Davies during the 1980s and with me during the 2000s. He was a gentleman in every way and all of the Jurors loved him. I will never forget his friendship.
Walt was more than a good friend. He was like a second father. He always made me happy. He moved to laugh and trule enjoyed life. He will be missed far beyond words.
Mrs.Stewart and Family: I had the privilege to work with Mr. Stewart at the Williamson County Circuit Court. He was always a true gentleman who came in every day with a contagious smile,a twinkle in his eye and a desire to do the best job as Court Officer. He was kind, but could be firm if necessary. We often had time to talk during court breaks and he spoke of his faith, shared stories about his beautiful bride and their travels, his pride in his children and grandchildren, and his service to our country in the United States Navy. I consider myself blessed to have called him my friend. He will be missed by many. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss and I will continue to pray God will grant you peace and healing during this difficult time.
Walt Stewart was a pleasure to work with during the years as he served as a court officer and I served as public defender. His smiling face and reassuring and kind words, expressed to me both then and up to his passing, are fond remembrances that will never be forgotten. Walt was a giant among men. Among those he knew him, I will miss him always. God speed, Walt.
Mrs. Dottie and family - Walt was such a true gentleman and was loved by so many. We have been blessed to have known him for so many years and he will be deeply missed. I always loved hearing him play piano (he played by ear, just like my Dad did) and it always brought back so many wonderful memories. May God stay by you and give you His Peace, Love and Strength to help carry you through these days ahead. We are here for you and love you dearly.
