My favorite memory is the time we took all the girl scouts to Gatlinburg and you convinced me to let them all get henna tattoos as an art activity. Message: Mrs.Cantrell was such a remarkable teacher.I was blessed to have enjoyed her as a teacher when I 1st entered SHHS in 92..She always had an encouraging word and a warm smile..My children were lucky enough to have had her as their principal..Hunter likes to say he never minded going to Mrs.Cantrells office bacuse she would never yell at him,but would instead talk kindly and share a candy bar with him..No wonder he was always in trouble!! He enjoyed the office!! LOL..Hunter is now in 7th grade and Chase is in 9th, and when we last saw Mrs.Cantrell a few months ago in Kroger,She still remembered each boy and asked how they were doing transitioning into the middle and high school..She never forgot a student and will be greatly missed.Her lessons,her kindness and her smile will never be forgotten..My heart goes out to her family..RIP Mrs.Cantrell..The Sulewski family!
