Condolence: I am very saddened to hear of Charles's death. He, along with Rogers Anderson of the 9th District, was a staunch supporter of excellence in Williamson County government, especially with Williamson County Hospital (Medical Center), the Medical Examiner's Office, and the Emergency Communications District.
