Condolence: To the Shelton family -- I was shocked and saddened to hear of Nick's passing. He represented me in one of my last cases and we had a good time reminiscing about old times in Tullahoma at T.H.S. and in Memphis when he went to Law School and I would visit him and Amy at their apartment in Germantown. I remember being mesmerized watching him multitask as he would advise and counsel with me while, at the same time, assign a task to his secretary and take a few bites of his lunch. To his sister, Suzy, who I law saw in 2009 at my house in Murfreesboro, I am thinking of and praying for you during this time.
