Our community is sad to loose one of our pillar leaders. Billy, Senior will be dearly missed by all of us in the Franklin Noon Rotary Club and the empty saddle that he left behind will never be forgotten. May God grant his family and our community peace; which only comes from knowing he is in heaven and that we will one day see him again.

Billy was one of the greatest & kindest men I ever met. We always enjoyed the times we went out to eat with him and Louise and shared memories while sitting at their home and talking. He will be greatly missed by my family and I know many, many others. We loved him dearly.
