Clifton Emmett King, Sr., age 56 of Petersburg, TN passed away July 5, 2018. Emmett was born and raised in Williamson County, TN. He was a shipping coordinator with National Pen Corp. Preceded in death by parents, Nathan and Nell York King; brothers, R.P. King, Calvin King, William Lonnie King; sister, Maxine Hampton. Survived by: wife of 32 years, Diane Buchanan King; sons, Cliff King, Jr., Cliff (Renae) Logue and Nathan (Kelly) King; daughter, Valerie (Alan Bishop) King; grandchildren, Abigail King, Connor Logue, Kortney Segraves, Dawson King, Tiphanie Swiggett, Zavier, Zoey and Blake Bishop; brothers, Leslie (Annelle) King and Hoby (Glenda) King; sisters, Darnell (Tony Poteete) Osborne and Nellie Mae King; sister in law, Snow King; beloved fur baby, Katy and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ronnie Johnson officiating. Interment Poteete Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be William, Free, Tanner, Anthony and Michael King, Brian & William Osborne and Thomas Hampton.
