James Paul “Goody” Goodwin, age 87 of Franklin, TN passed away February 5, 2018. Retired truck driver from Koch Asphalt Products. Member of Big Harpeth Primitive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by wife, Dorothy Earline “Dot” Moses Goodwin. Survived by: son, James Larry Goodwin, daughters, Janie (Richard) Jefferson and Missy Barker; grandchildren, Becky Daugherty, Brian Jefferson, Amber Barker, Jonathan Barker and Jodi Goodwin; nine great grandchildren; sister in law, Minerva McGee and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, February 9, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ronnie Johnson officiating. Interment Hartley Cemetery in the Cross Keys Community, TN. Pallbearers will be Brian Jefferson, David Nichols, Jonathan Barker, Rob Daugherty, Billy McGee and Justin Woodlee. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
