Rachel Davis Waters, age 98, of Franklin, TN passed away February 4, 2018. She was a devoted wife and mother. Preceded in death by parents, William Early and Lillie Mills Davis; husband, Elmo Waters; and grandson, Seth Paul Waters. Survived by sons, James E. Waters, Gary Alan Waters and Richard Davis Waters; daughter, Ann (Ronnie) Hood; grandchildren, Dave (Kim) Waters, Jody (Stephanie) Hood, Ashley Hood (Josh) Yates, Krissy Waters and Caleb Waters; and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 1:00PM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dave Waters, Jody Hood, Josh Yates, Gerald Harper, Jim Waters, Gary Waters and Matt Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Retired Williamson County Nurses Association.
