Patsy Jo Woodard Humphrey, age 84 of Franklin, TN passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on June 14, 2017. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Pat lived to celebrate and support all those important to her. She loved her family fiercely, and they will miss her fiercely. She was preceded in death by her son, William Edward Cantrell, Jr. and parents, Billie R. Woodard and Malcolm Patterson Woodard. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert L. “Bob” Humphrey; daughter, Donna (John) Hammond; son, Robert Dale (Gloria) Humphrey; sister, June (Jim) Lofton; grandchildren, Leigh Cantrell Finney, Katie Cantrell, Rob Humphrey and Mary Humphrey, who knew her as their “Gigi”. As a Nashville, TN native, she was a graduate of Isaac Litton High School. She was a long-time member of Two Rivers Baptist Church and served in many capacities at the church that included teaching Sunday School with her husband. Most recently, she was a member of the Church at West Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, John Rush, Dr. Jim Harvey and Dr. Matt Pearson officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 PM until service time on Tuesday. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Middle Tennessee Veteran’s Cemetery.
