Obituary for Betty Grace Beard

Mrs. Betty Grace Beard, age 76 of College Grove, TN, August 20, 2014. Faithful worker for Dr. Joe Willoughby for several years on his farm. Loving caretaker for family members. Preceded in death by husband, John E. Beard; sisters, Dessie May Jennette, Mattie Lou Reed and brother, L.B. Spears. Survived by: sons, Tony (Barbara) Beard & Timmy (Bonnie) Beard; daughters, Betty Sue (Randy) Matlock, Sharon Beard Donna (Timmy) Beard; sisters, Mamie Ashworth, Katherine Phillips, Inez Barnes, Nancy Dale; brothers, Grady Spears, Jr., Douglas Spears & Mike Spears; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ward Jones officiating. Interment Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Joyce Bruce, Darlene Anderson, Danny Beard, Dr. Joe and Betty Willoughby. Visitation will be 3-8PM Friday and 11 AM until service time on Saturday at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES. 615 794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
